The Tema Institute Four-Stage Assessment Process

Tema’s unique recruitment and assessment process is based on regular use of the Assessment Center, an assessment process that offers extremely high validity, together with various other quality evaluating methods.

The Tema Institute has developed a unique 4-stage recruitment and evaluation process for the purpose of reducing risk and increasing confidence in the screening of candidates.
